Djanan spent four years leading the Influencer Marketing Hub agency directory, the largest discovery platform in the influencer marketing industry. That gave him a front-row seat to how agencies grow, where they stall and what separates the ones that scale from the ones that plateau. He saw the same pattern everywhere: strong teams doing great client work, but no repeatable engine for their own growth. He co-founded Manalt to build exactly that. A subscription-native growth partner that designs, builds and operates the systems these firms need but cannot build in-house.
